For those of you who are making the Cranberry Nut Bread, please read.
If you are making the mini loaves that are about 4x6'ish, you will want to follow the directions as given. However, it has come to our attention that there are smaller loaf pans out there that make loaves about 2 1/4 x 3 1/4 and for those you would reduce the heat to 325 degrees F and cook them for about 30 minutes or until solid in the middle. Hope that helps! (our family wouldn't know a small loaf because, well, we're not small eaters)
