Here are the contents and a picture of this week's Produce Box (2/2/2012 - 2/8/2012):

1 Pineapple
1 LB Strawberries
1 LB Green Seedless Grapes
3 Grapefruit
6 Bananas
6 Oranges
10 oz Cranberries
2 heads of Romaine Lettuce
2 Cucumbers
3 Bell Peppers
1 LB Carrots
1 head Cauliflower
1 head of Cabbage (average size is 4.5 lbs)
2 LBS Tomatoes
1 pt Grape or Cherry Tomatoes
1 bunch of Celery
5 LBS Red Potatoes
2 Sweet Onions
1 Red Onion
1 bulb Garlic
2 Lemons
1 dozen Farm Brown Eggs (from free-range chickens)

We've also included recipes for Cranberry-nut sweetbread and Hawaiian Chicken (tastes like sweet & sour chicken) and grilled pineapple.

If you do not know how to cut up a Pineapple, please let us know when you pick up your Produce Box and we'll include directions for cutting up a pineapple.
