CHEESEMAKING CLASS REMINDER - August 18th

CHEESEMAKING CLASS - AUGUST 18th


9am - approximately 3 or 4pm (time varies with each class)


This class will cover making Cheddar Cheese and Ricotta. This class is not a professional's class. It is designed for the average homemaker who simply wishes to be able to successfully make cheddar cheese for their family or as a hobby.


We will be using cow's milk but will discuss goats milk as well.


Space will be limited so as to give the most hands on experience possible. Cost is $45 per person. $60 for a married couple or Parent and child, age 17 and under.


So that everyone may get the most out of the class, we ask that children under the age of 12 not attend unless they are a nursing infant.


Bring a towel to wipe your hands often. This is very much a "hands on" class. You will also want to bring a notepad and pen or pencil. We will take a 30 minute "working lunch", as time allows.


To Register, you may stop by the store and register for the class by filling out the paperwork and paying the class fee.
